* This auction is for a WONDERFUL piece of ORIENT & FLUME Art Glass * By SMALLHOUSE * Signed "Orient & Flume, Smallhouse, H0997J3" * Measurements: 5 1/2" high and 4 1/4" in diameter (widest point) * Color: Iridized Yellow/Gold * Weight: 3 1/2 pounds * Condition: EXCELLENT, t are a couple of lines on his head (see photo) and we can't tell whether they are from when he was made or if they are light scratches. T are some light wear marks on the base. We call him the Golden Buddha and his color and iridescence are absolutely fantastic. The photo's don't really show what a beautiful piece of art glass this is. We tried different background colors to help give you a better idea of it's iridescence and coloring. We contacted Orient and Flume about the piece and they informed us that they no longer make this item since Smallhouse left to start his own art glass studio. They also told us that figures and faces were one of the hardest art glass pieces to make. This Orient & Flume piece is from a local estate sale, not new. Shipping handling an insurance for this item will be between $8.75 & $11.50 (east of the Mississippi) PLEASE feel free to ask questions.
