c1918 Original WWI POSTER BEAT BACK THE HUN B WITH LIBERTY BONDS Frederick Strothmann#3B From a Connecticut Estate Auction comes this Original WWI POSTER: BEAT BACK THE HUN WITH LIBERTY BONDS by Frederick Strothmann (b. 1872) with the code 3B in the lower left corner. This 20” x 30” poster was printed in 1918 by the United States. Dept. of the Treasury. Publicity Bureau. Showing a fierce German soldier with blood stained fingers and dagger, this is in very good used condition with a number of nicks at the edges and a small loose tag in the lower right corner. None of these minor issue will interfere with framing and this will be shipped rolled in an insured Priority Mail tube.
