is a very rare and completely original World War 1 war bonds & recruitment propaganda poster by Howard Chandler Christy, with America holding the flag while troops march behind her.. This is an absolutely beautiful image of Liberty dated 1917 . This is the original large 30" x 40" poster from the era printed by Forbes of Boston, not a later and smaller reprint. T are tears on the edges, some chips and loss, but no discoloration or stains. I have tried to show all the damage in my photos. This is still bright and a much better than usual candidate for restoration and presentation than you are likely to find in a 90 year old poster. Please enlarge the photos for a closer look. Postage is $9.95 media mail in a heavy tube, $14.95 Priority Mail in the US - full insurance included. If you are a stickler and do not want this shipped, pick-up near Binghamton or Ithaca, New York is an option. Shipment outside the US will be determined by destination, air mail rates apply.
