Vogue Blond 8" Ginny BKW Doll from 1957-62 in Taffeta & Lace Tagged Dress This is a Blond Ginny Bent Knee walker produced between 1957-62 by Vogue Dolls, and has bright blue eyes with molded lashes, a closed mouth, and a formal tagged dress. On the base of her head she's marked "Vogue", and on her back it says "Ginny, Vogue Dolls inc, Pat No. 2687594 Made in USA".The plastic is in exceptional shape with no cracks, chips, or other damage, and the fingers and toes are complete. All joints work correctly as well as her Bent Knee Walker mechanism. The arms are a little loose and don't stay up, and the eyes are tight. The wig is full but also frizzy, so it needs to be properly brushed. She even has the original silver ribbon bow in her hair that matches the dress. The dress she's wearing a taffeta over the shoulders, with silver trim and accents, above a lower segment of lace. There's no holes or tears, and the hook fastener works fine. The dress is tagged "Vogue Dolls Inc, and she's also wearing matching bloomers. Please look at the images to see what a beauty she is.
