Steiff Mr. Chocolate Bear Mr. Chocolate is one of a limited edition of 2000 bears created exclusively for The Toy Store by Margarete Steiff. This bear is in mint condition, having lived its entire life in the cream colored box accompanied by his certificate of authenticity and the gold box containing chocolate. And, of course, Mr. Chocolate retains his ear tag and other original tags attached to his body.Light wear on the box, bottom flaps are having trouble staying closed, but overall condition of the box is good. The small box containing the chococlate shows wear. I think Mr. Chocolate has been fingering the box all these years, but has maintained his self control and did not open it (as near as we can tell) and did not eat it. It appears there is one piece of candy in the box. Also it is summer, and we cannot guarantee whether the chocolate is still good (although I've never know chocolate to go bad), and we cannot guarantee that the chocolate will not melt in transit. We will however, make sure the candy and its box is sealed in a zip lock bag to make sure that if worse comes to worse, and the candy melts, it will not damage any other contents.
