This is an authentic hood Goddess for the Cadillac V16 models of 1930-1932 . On the underside of the ornate base is the design patent number 81303. My father remembers having it on his Ford as not many people could afford the Cadillac back then! He gave it to me to sell. He bought it from someone for about 8 dollars back then, which was a lot of money for him. He held onto it all these years taking good care of her. He says it is a radiator cap which is not included. There are only a few of these available in the world! She is a beauty, but I have no need for this collectible.
