Estate Sale Find Original Planters Peanuts Jar, NOT A REPRODUCTION! Up for auction is this beautiful example of the very popular 1930's Planters Peanuts Streamline display jar. This is a very rare one in that it is in such great condition. T are no chips or cracks in the jar at all. T are 2 scratches on the bottom of the jar but they are not a problem and are difficult to see at all. T are not even any flea bites on the edge of the lid. The lid itself is free from dents or other problems. It only has slight fading and a bit of rust on the right part of the lid,(see Pictures.) Jars stands 10" tall, 7 1/2" front to back and is 5" wide. This jar also has the more rare to find Golden lettering that say Planters Peanuts on one side of the jar. The other side has the embossed lettering that also says "Planters". The bottom of the jar is embossed "Pat appld for Streamline Jar", "Made In USA". T is also an air bubble on one side of the jar, a great judge of the age of the great item. This is a wonderful Planters Peanuts collectible.
