Beautiful original 1932-1938 General Electric Art Deco clock Model 3F74 called the "Duncan". The clock runs well, smoothly, quietly and keeps accurate time. The catalin surround is 5 3/8" x 5 3/8" and a striking dark blue and near perfect except for tiny flake on the back edge. It stands 5 5/8" tall on brass round ball feet and 2 1/8" deep. It has a shiny navy blue square Catalin case with no cracks, chips, hairlines except tiny nick on back edge as shown and has not been polished and no repairs. It has an excellent ivory dial with black numbers and hands and brass second hand and has a brass bezel. The round convex glass dial lens looks great with no scratches and measures 4" across. The red dot power out signal works. The knob at the back pulls outward and turns to set the time. This also triggers the red dot power out signal back to ivory: When clock is plugged in, if red dot shows, which indicates that electricity power has gone off sometime recently and that the time may not correct because of it. When the red disappears reset the time again. This auction ends on Thursday night.
