This is a beautiful item, extremely ornate and has been in my family since new. Electric with foot control. Last time it was tested it was in full working order. Completer with all original box, needles, oil, needle box and lots more. Serial number EC142647 According to this website: /support/machine-serial-numbers/double-letter this makes it a 1939 model made in Clydebank in Scotland, although the electrics were made in France. Just for interest: "The singer factory in Clydebank was famous, it was the biggest sewing machine factory in the world and was bombed heavily during WWII - The factory was closed and demolished in the 1980's but it's train station is still there and the area (now mostly housing) is still called 'Singer'." She is an old lady and I would really rather not post as she may get damaged. Also she is extremely heavy (over 15kg) so collection is preferable. Dover, Kent area.
