Welcome to my auction for an original 1940's Dr. Pepper "Good For Life" thermometer. Overall condition is "good" to "very good". Measures 9 3/4 inches by 25 3/4 inches. Tube is original, intact, and working, with no seperation. Colors are still bright and the piece retains very good shine. Paint loss can be seen in the first "e" of "Pepper", and a white paint drip above the word "Thirsty". Scratches appear and t, notably to the left of the bottom mounting hole, to the left of the bottle neck, lower left edge, lower right edge corner, the right edge near the "120" degree mark, and across the very top. T are also crimps and minor bends along the edges, notably"on the lower left edge, to the right edge at the "120" mark, and top left corner. The very top of the piece, from the "120" mark on up, curves slightly outward. However, the sign will display pretty flat against a wall if screws are used at both mounting holes. The piece is all original with no touch ups.

Despite 60 years of use and wear, this thermometer is in pretty decent shape and displays nicely. The bottle graphic is a terrific eye catcher. Thanks for looking!
