original 1940s SLINGERLAND Radio King 22" Skins - both marked ! Offering for your consideration this completely original pair of very well maintained vintage 1940s SLINGERLAND "Radio King" calfskin heads shown in the photos. These were mounted on the original gold sparkle 22" diameter Radio King bass drum shown (drum NOT included) which was part of a one-owner set and the condition is at the very least...very good....would likely be graded excellent by most.
I'm not a drum person but I have handled a fair number of banjo skins so I carefully examined these and even when held up to the light they show no holes, tears or splits. The hoops are intact and do not show any signs of slipping or splitting. The 22" diameter Radio King bass drum is shown for purposes of demonstration so prospective buyers can see how the skins appear when mounted. THE LISTING IS FOR THE TWO SKINS ONLY... THE BASS DRUM IS NOT INCLUDED....(and not available)
Would make a great addition to any serious collection.
