Free Mars Opaque Blue Rat Fink With Silver Eyes + Ring - Mint in Package This auction for one original Rat Fink. It's 1 3/8" tall. Close up you will see that the fink wears suspenders and has his hands clasped behind his back with elbows protruding out from his body. On his suspenders are the capital letters R.F. These letters and the periods between are always indented on real finks. The hole in the back is exactly w the fink folds his hands. This hole is known as the ring hole. The ring hole has a perfectly flat rim about 1/15ths of an inch wide around the circumference. The ring has a post that fits perfectly into the hole in the back of the fink. Thus creating an unusual fashion statement to be admired by all. The nose is very pointed. Over Forty years time, many finks can develop smushed noses, which affects their value. All of my Finks have perfectly preserved pointy noses. All of these original finks have tails on their left side. The tail curls to a point w it is facing down to the ground. Looking closely at the ears, you will see very faint vertical lines. The loop between the ears is not broken. This is IMPORTANT. The feet on original finks protude out, not forward.
