This is a dang nice old Puma! It has some light handling marks on the blade but it is otherwise in Spectacular condition. The 6-1/2 inch blade is full and without any sharpening marks. Comes to a perfect point. It is etched on the right side "6396 Handmade Original - Puma - Bowie Genuine Pumaster Steel Germany". The guard is stamped on the left side "90174" indicating that it was made in October of 1971. The overall knife is 10-3/4 inches long and weighs 7.2 ounces. The stag scales are triple riveted on a full tang and also have a brass lined lanyard hole. Everything is nice and tight. The sheath is original to the knife and also in great shape with a wonderful old patina. It is marked on the front "PUMA" under the raised Puma logo. Sheath is double stitched and all the little brass rivets have Puma heads on them. Back of the sheath is marked "Made in Germany DDGM 1865840" Terms & Conditions: SHIPPING IS DONE FAST AND DONE AT EXACT COST. MONDAY THRU FRIDAY: ALL PAID ITEMS ARE SHIPPED DAILY. My packaging is sufficient for the normal protection of delicate items but I CAN NOT be responsible for damage or loss. I do not charge handling fees and am able to offer reasonable rates by using recycled packing material. Please don't complain if your foam peanuts are different colors. Click on this and select your destination. Rates will appear for the shipping methods I offer for this item. Often, because of size or weight, I am not able to ship by certain methods to certain countries. Please be aware of your own country's size restrictions. When considering the offered options, keep in mind that only Priority International is insurable and while Air Mail 1st Class is cheaper, insurance is not available for this method. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: I am happy to ship to you but caution that delivery estimates for Canada are usually VERY optimistic! I suspect it has more to do with customs than USPS. I can only guarantee when I will ship and make no predictions as to when it will finally show up at your door. If you understand and agree to this, feel free to participate in my auctions.
