This model train is from a collection of over five hundred trains from a store 20 years ago I am not positive that all these models are complete or in working condition(unless stated otherwise). Many of the models say if they are working or not, and this condition will be specified. I am no train expert, and am selling these trains as is!! If there happens to be a piece broken, overlooked, or missing this is not an excuse to get a partial refund.
