This auction is for the Batman: Harley Quinn series, original comic book art page as pictured. Harley Quinn Issue # 34 Page 20. Excellent condition. Signed by the artist Mike Huddleston. Please communicate with me on any shipping issues, EXCEPT go to to complain about the high cost of shipping, and to complain about the fact that they just decided to raise your shipping cost by deciding they want to take a percentage. If you prefer to indulge in that absurd game of semantics and dishonest marketing known as "Free Shipping" please add the numbers together and pretend, as they instruct us to do. I always ask my post office people for you, they always tell me no, it is not free today. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I do agree shipping is awfully expensive. Unfortunately I can only ship internationally using Priority mail or Express mail because they can be tracked. In the past I used 1st class international to save buyers money, and the result was many claims of "lost" and "undelivered" packages; my efforts to help, rewarded with much loss on my part. Magically, I have never had a "lost" package when it's whereabouts can be documented. That said, I am willing to use 1st class international only upon the receipt of an eBay messaging message stating a buyer's insistence upon 1st class international, contrary to my recommendation, and acceptance of all responsibility for "loss" or "disappearence" or non-delivery of their package, due to our inability to document otherwise, beyond acceptance of the package at my Post Office, as a result of that insistence of the use of 1st class mail.
