1900 Queen Victoria Christmas Tin, South Africa.This tin was sent to my great, great uncle Arthur in 1900 who was in the army based in South Africa.I believe they were sent to the troops by the queen for Christmas and would have contained a selection of treats like chocolate and cigarettes etc. This tin is in fully working order and in my opinion in good condition considering it's age and where it's been. It was passed to my great aunt when Arthur died. She decided to frame it to preserve it. It just slides out of the frame quite easily and doesn't effect the tin in any way. I will include the frame with the tin incase you want it too. This was then passed to my Grandad who has recently passed away.
