The knife measures 3-1/2" closed, and has a 2-3/4" clip point master blade that has a "match-striker" long pull, a 1-7/8" whittler blade, and a 1-1/2" box blade. The master blade is marked: "Camillus/ Made In U.S.A." The handle is Delrin, with a grain like stag and a round Boy Scout emblem shield; the bolsters are nickel silver. There is no box.
This is one of the last knives made at Camillus. It has an unusual setup for blades in a 3-blade style; I never have known why the swell-center handle style that this one has is called a "balloon" style--maybe some of you experts could clue us in!
As you know, in September, 2007 the Camillus factory closed its doors forever and everything was sold off at auction, including tooling. This knife is in right-out-of-the-factory condition, never sharpened, carried or used.
And of course, all these American made Camillus knives are now history.
