Up for auction we have a lovely Henry Likly Trunk in original condition and still with the original beautiful tray inside. On the tray snaps, the Likly name is imprinted, pretty cool. The Henry Likly Trunk Company was established in 1844 in Rochester , New York . This trunk is metal covered over wood and has wonderful hardware decorations, probably made during the 1900's. The person who owned this trunk, traveled in style. It measures: 32 x 20 x 22 and weighs approximately 25 pounds. Trunk still retains original handles and has the diamond metal name plate of the Henry Likly Trunk Company on the top. Metal is a black charcoal color and has some dings and scratches. Some spotting and t, but only adds to the character of a trunk that is close to 100 years old. Please email any questions before auction end. Paypal and personal check gladly accepted.
