This beautifully framed behind glass piece is an original appointment document done in beautiful calligraphy and "hand signed" by both President Harry S. Truman and Secretary of State Dean Acheson, two very important political figures in America's history. This is GUARANTEED to be absolutely authentic and original and not a reproduction!I acquired this framed document from a close relative of the named appointee.Framed document measures 18" X 15" X 1". Frame and Document are in very good to excellent condition. I can see no foxing, tears or stains, although there are some very light ripples along some of the edges that could easily be corrected with new framing.
