is one of the most outstanding advertising signs you will ever see, still in its original factory oak picture frame with the company name stenciled on the bottom of it (the frame), "THOMAS, LUDLOW & ROGERS". A brightly colorfully colored lithograph with all kinds of interesting subject matter, the handsome Grain Drill being pulled along by the team, a group of men in the background running apples through the cider press, men watching, too neat for words, just go and look at this wonderful advertising picture!! Excellent condition, I could see no damage to this picture, the colors are nice and bright yet, the oak frame is nice, you just can't fault this wonderful and rare piece of early American advertising. Measures 25 1/2 inches by 21 1/2 inch. One fault might be the price, I believe this baby will command a good price, I believe full retail on this piece would run between 6 and $8000.00 or more. I have seen less sell for a lot more than that!!! $25.00 WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL SHIPPING COST FOR A CUSTOM MADE CARTON TO SHIP THIS PIECE SAFETLY IN. If the post office is too unreasonable, I will ship it Fex-Ex ground. T his comes from the same collection as did the nice pieces of ivory I sold recently on ebay (and am listing more of now, as well as some fantastic furniture) in the last few weeks, buried away for the last 50 years read more
