A selection of genuine original vintage membership cards for some of Liverpool's top clubs of the 1960's Bought at a reputable Liverpool auction house along with a number of other Liverpool dance/music club membership cards from the same sort of era (also now listed). They are:- 527 Club (undated but the Beatles did play at this venue) Samantha's Playground (undated, from the image on the rear I would guess late 1960's) The Mecca Social Club (undated) Irish Centre (1969) The Golden Goblet (undated) Chequers Club (1969) Toad Hall Restaurant Club, Southport (1974) Mirabel Beachcomber Club (1968-1969) Creased down the centre. All the above cards were issued to one William Butler, who may or may not be, the Billy Butler, local radio DJ and former member of at least a couple of Beatle era bands. Please see my other items.
