Auction includes: - 100% Original KNIGHTS CROSS BOX - Oberstein / Germany - Presentation Box - This is the Luxusbox - "Verleihungsetui for Generals" - Award Box ribbon the Box is slightly scratched and rusty, but considering its age in ECELLENT CONDITION As Gebrüder Bender were only producing in very small numbers, and quit production in the eraly 50´s, this could either be a very early award (pre 1941) or a second piece for wearing purposes produced by the wearers prefered jeweler. the item showes signs of heavy wearing, especially at the edges w it would have been rubbing against the collar of the uniform. the presentation box is the "LUXUS BOX" - used for awards of generals. it is in an overall very good condition, slightly rusty but no deep scratches or ripps. box dirty but overall very good condition.
