Made with Roots - Barks - Herbs".........is the best way to describe the Unique flavor of Hires Root Beer and this wonderful two-sided painted flanged sign spells it out perfectly. The generous 12" x 14" double-sided sign is an attention-getter! There are minor surface rust and rubs typical of an old original advertising sign, but the vintage teal, red-orange and cream coloring will certainly make up for any blemishes. Thick sharp layered paint (looks much like porcelain) depicts the "reg. U.S. Pat. Off.", "Made In U.S.A." (when have you seen this on anything!), and "BN6" along the margins. The metal is very thick so there are no dents or dings except for a tiny bend where nails held this sign up on the general store wall.
