is an Original & Extremely Rare J.A. Henckel's 12" Silver-plated Zeppelin 1928 cocktail shaker in nice condition . This vintage cocktail shaker was manufactured in Germany and is stamped "J.A. Henckels Twin Works, Solinger, Germany" on one of the tail fins. This is the same Original Zeppelin cocktail shaker as featured in Stephen Visakay's "Vintage Bare Ware" book on pages 48-50. This was originally a 19 piece shaker, but it is missing the cabin & the four spoons inside of the cabin, the funnel, the cup & cover [for dried fruits], and the cover that sits inside the tail section [for sugar]. Now, this complete piece is valued at $3,200.00 - $2,800.00 per "Vintage Bar Ware", so the beginning bid has been set at a more modest price, due to the fact that some of the pieces are missing, but this is still the REAL DEAL! So, if you always dreamed of owning this rare vintage bar ware piece, but never thought you could afford one, the is your Lucky Day!!! I am selling this item for a long-time customer in my shop. Please feel free to ask any questions. I would like to mention that t is no pitting in the chrome. It just needs a good polishing. In one of my pictures on the tail it looks like pitting but it is not.
