Another photo closet clean out, this one is Leitz only, great deals, no guarantees, no returns! • Genuine Leitz Leica "ABLON" FILM TRIMMING TEMPLATE, nr. MINT - This one is very close to Mint, looks unused. Later model. The ABLON was last listed by Leitz in 1965. - Engineering is precise, wonderful to handle, great quality, much nicer than the repros (one of which I have) - Lovely tool to have if you like shooting with the Barnack bodied Leicas - makes life easy. • Leitz Leica ASPUL Mechanical Film Winder, chrome, with spring-loaded tension roller, Hove R4, "Very Unusual" - Probably prewar, black crackle finish shows slight wear at corners and edges, chrome shows a few marks here and there. - I bought this item years ago from a Leitz dealer as a 1932 - 34 ASPUL. - NOTE: Does not carry the Leitz name, but does look identical to the film roller shown by Jim Lager, "Leica, A Illustrated History",Vol 3, Accessories, page 215. - Could be a period copy or just a very early Leitz version, can't be sure. It is made to a very high standard. - Appears to be working well, no missing or broken parts. Seems to have had light use. IMPORTANT STUFF: Note: All these items are untested, sold as is, no returns, no guarantees. Will ship worldwide. International Buyers – Please Note: I ship worldwide, all countries.
