This no reserve auction is for a vintage Lionel LTC Lockon with Light in its original orange and blue box with OPS stamp. Lionel produced this item from 1950 - 1969 with the exception of 1967. It is a fancy CTC Lockon with an L1445 Lamp covered with a green lens that remains illuminated whenever power is applied. This item is complete with the LTC Lockon, original 23-10 instruction sheet dated 2-53 and 2 no. 81-32 green connecting wires. The light has been tested and it works. The original box is nice and square. Both end flaps are present. One end is taped closed. The box still displays nicely. 2 of the 4 interior flaps are present. (Interior flaps on these small boxes often get damaged in the opening process.) Please see the photos for additional descriptive detail. If you are a collector of interesting box variations then you will want to add this one to your collection. Buyer pays $5.65 for S&H. Some examples are a boxed 460P Piggyback Platform, boxed 3356-150 Horse Corral Platform, dealer and factory sealed items, as well as many pre and post war boxed sets. Most of my collection is Lionel with some Ives, American Flyer and other manufacturers represented. I do not have a collection list to share at this time. When practical, multiple items may be sent together to save on shipping costs. All items are carefully packed and typically shipped via UPS Ground (large packages) or USPS first class or priority mail (small packages and envelopes) within 3 business days after payment clears. I reserve the right to choose the delivery method, whether that be UPS, USPS Priority Mail, First Class or Parcel Post at my discretion. Shipping is not a profit center for me so if I overestimate the cost I will gladly refund the difference of any full dollar amounts. Payment via Paypal is expected within 3 days unless other arrangements have been made. eBay rules require you to inquire about alternative payment methods. TCA member are given special consideration.
