I know little about helmets. I am told this is a M35 and that it is original by people who know these things at GDC Up for bid is a 100% authentic WWII German M35 DD size 60 field helmet. This is a very large helmet that will fit todays head. The helmet retains approximately 95% of paint. T is scraping on both sides of the helmet w decals would have been. The side skirt of the helmet is stamped with ET68, and the rear skirt is stamped with the lot number of 324.(See Photos) The helmet also retains it's original liner. The liner has nine fingers and is in excellent condition with no hard areas. The liner has a drawstring that may be original.(See Photos). The aluminum liner band is excellent with no noticeable problems.. This is just a clean excellent original bringback. I retain the right to cancel this auction for any reason. I guarantee my items to be as described. US sales only on these items due to low cost and high overseas postage. Contact me for exceptions.
