Original Porcelain German Regimental Military Stein with an Ornate Pewter Lid! Dated 1904! The Owner Was "Reservist Kammler" Who Served in the "8 Bad. Inft. Regt. Nr. 169 Lahr" From "1902 to 1904"! This Stein is Very Colorful with a Lot of Hand Painted or Enameled Highlights and Each Side has a Full Size Scene! The Pewter Lid Features a Soldier Hoisting a Beer and theThumbift is Very Ornate! T are Rosters on Each Side of the Handle of All the Men Who Served With Reservist Kammler ! In The Bottom the Lithopane Was Heavily Damaged and an Attempted Repair. Around the Base t is a Long Crack that Runs Completely Around and was Glued and the "8" was Redone. This Historic Stien STILL Displays Nicely and Best of All T is NO RESERVE !!!
