I am pleased to offer this historic, antique criminal mugshot photo from New Castle, PA. He reminds me of James Dean in Rebel Without A Cause! Not sure if this guy went to prison or was just booked into the county jail by the police. New Castle is 50 miles northwest of Pittsburgh and near the Pennsylvania-Ohio border just 18 miles east of Youngstown, Ohio.
