listed is a Iraq medal with clasp. History and medal information - This medal was awarded to all military and civilian personnel involved in OPERATION TELIC in Kuwait and Iraq from January 20th 2003. Those who actually took part in the combat from March 19th 2003 were awarded the clasp/bar denoted by a silver rosette on the ribbon. Operation Telic missions after this date were not awarded a clasp/bar.thanks Dave
