Up for bid is an original US Krag M1896 upper band. This is the early version without the later split found on the more common M1898 rifles. This band has a fair amount of rust that SHOULD clean up but is also missing a portion of one of the screw holes to attach the sling swivel. You may be able to live with it as is or may have the metal skills necessary to make it right. Overall condition is a FAIR and we'll start this one at 99 cents and hope someone can use it versus me tossing it away. Buyer to include $5 shipping and handling for USPS priority shipping with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional at the high bidders discretion and should only add a couple of dollars. My terms are a one week, no questions asked return of your money, less shipping if you should be unhappy with your purchase for any reason. I would ask that the item be returned in the same condition it was sent and that the buyer pay for return shipping costs. We accept PAYPAL, money orders and personal checks. PAYPAL and money orders are shipped every Wednesday and Saturday, while personal checks will delay shipment for 10 working days.
