We have an original USGI OD .30 M1 Carbine Rifle Sling. Our sling came out of an original pack of 10 marked Sling 10 ea A/ 12/63 MFP. The 100% correct dimple stamped end tab has MRT 8 63 stamped in the metal. The OD green canvis material is the correct thickness (Not like 99% of the thin and cheep carbine slings sold on E-bay or at Gun Shows!!!!!!!!!). Our sling is in MINT UN-ISSUED CONDITION!!!! (The black painted brass end tabs and snaps have the common Green Oxide which forms due to the mildue treatment given on this type of canvis materal during the 1960's). This oxide can be carefully removed with any good lubricant and a bunch of Q-tips. Any original USGI Carbine Sling is a RARE find today as cheep copies are common everywhere. If you are looking for a quality and original GI Carbine Sling then you have to look no more!!!!!!!! Sorry our photo shows some dark shaded areas on the OD green canvis, I assure you they are not there......Buyer is to pay for the shipping charges!!!!!!!!
