This is the Original commisioning pennent from the USS John C. Stennis CVN-74 and was flown on the ship March 1997. This came from the estate of US Navy Captain Robert Klosterman, who committed a murder suicide with his wife in 2010. He was the first Commanding Officer of the USS John C. Stennis and it was presented to him. It is in a nice shadow box, with brass plate with all the information. It measures 15 by 23 inches.
