Wonderful, original, vintage glass cigarette box attributed to Heisey Glass Works. Features a deep cutting intaglio type etching on the inside [ bottom ] of the cover. It is a detailed frosted engraving of a female golfer. This unusual box came from a local esate of a leading Heisey Glass expert and collector. T is no makers marks on the item, however the glass is that wonderful crystal that Heisey is famous for. T was a price ticket on it when I purchased it from the estate that attributed it to Heisey. This box possibly could have been used to hold a deck of playing cards. T are 2 cut corners on the lid, one lower left the other upper right. It was designed this way so it could be easily opened and is NOT A DAMAGE. Box measures approx. 1 3/4 in. ht. x 2 3/4 in. x 3 1/4 in. Condition is very good. No damage. This is a nice rare Heisey item. Thanks for viewing !!!
