Vintage, original, WWII US Army helmet. Original paint/finnish. Has the seam in the front. One side of the helmet chinstrap missing the end hardware. Should be easy to fix. Remains of Lt. bar painted on the front. Liner named to the man. With painted Lt. bar on the front of the liner as well. Can't read the name. Maybe you can. Liner has some wear pieces missing of the leather portion of the sweatband. Found at a local So. Cal swap meet, the vendor had a WWII US Navy deck jacket named to LST 1269 well as a Japanese WWII navy field cap, which I have listed on eBay. I didn't buy the jacket but the vendor said the stuff came from Iwo Jima. No other info available. Decent shaped helmet. See other lots. Combine lots to save on postage/shipping. See photos. No returns on photo/book/paper/document lots. . Otherwise a 3 day inspection period is granted. ** NO OVERSEAS SALES. ** Will be mailed out VIA priority mail.
