"The Wicked Witch of the Northwest" The overall height of this crazy witch is 12½ inches tall and approximately 5 inches overall width. The actual carved area is a mere 3 inches by 1 inch. The only way I could get this unusual forest knot to hang ' right' was to let her dangle from above. I'll include a dangle line so she'll be ready to hang (don't expect anything fancy). This is an ORIGINAL and One-Of-A-Kind carving made from driftwood naturally smoothed by the sand and sea of the Pacific Northwest coast. After the winter storms I collect drift wood then carve it using small rotary grinding tools similar to a dentist drill. After twenty years of woodcarving, I still get a kick out of creating these guys. All my work is signed and dated N. Tuttle/2007 and come with a card as seen in photo. Most of the knot heads are drilled in back for wall hangings. The miniature carvings (usually under 3 inches tall) have a small screw eye mounted in the top to hang them from, some have a small hole drilled through the top end for a strap to be threaded. ~ I accept Pay Pal, money orders , cashier's checks and personal checks.
