ATTENTION EBAY! NO OFFENSIVE OR BANNED SYMBOLS!!! Offered for your consideration: Absolutely Original Direct Veteran Purchase Panzer Officer's Cap! This cap is a private purchase version with a completely intact celluloid sweat diamond with makers information in Gold Lettering, it reads: Die Deutche Qualitatsmutze G. A. Hoffmann Berlin S.W. 29 Gneisenaustr. 33 The best part is the Original owner placed his name under the diamond typed on a cut piece of paper, it reads: H. Weidermann 10Pz. Div. 1942 The cap itself has an original and nicely applied bullion cockade. The aluminum has a nice age patina, t are a few loose cotton threads in the black part of the bullseye (mentioned for accuracy) The buttons and bullion chin strap are in great shape as well, as is the visor which is practically mint minus a few very minor scuffs. The wool body is close naped greenish-grey with no mothing. The pink piping is also in a remarkable state of preservation with only slight fading. The interior is in superb condition as well. The leather sweat band shows some minor wear as does the lining, but no rips tears or other damage whatsoever! Sweat band is ink stamped 1942 underneath. This is an extremely high quality hat!
