A fairly nice enlisted glengarry dark blue wool service cap from WWI-- if I am reading the markings correctly. It is diced with red, white, and blue wool woven dicing, and it has a red turree wool ball. The tails of ribbed black ribbon are fine, but it has a tiny moth hole on the badge side of the cap. The soldier who wore it apparently stitched the back opening together, probably for a "smarter" look. Otherwise, it is in pretty good shape. The badge is original to the cap.
