Pictured below is an original WWII US Army 12 unit First Aid Kit as used in the Willys MB and Ford GPW Jeeps. It has normal wear due to age and is free from rust, pitting, and dents. Original label is intact and it has a re-inspection date of October 1952. Although that was the last inspection date it's definitely a WWII manufactured kit. They were used by the Army well after WWII was over.
