Original WWII British Gas Mask Bag: For auction is an original WWII British gas mask bag. The bag has been used but is in excellent condition throughout, its dated 1942 and stamped with a British arrow mark on the inside of the flap. Holds a good strong colour, has it's original shoulder strap, snaps work well and all pockets and inserts are intact. There are 2 brass sent type fixtures on the bottom of the bag, 2 adjusting buckles on the main shoulder strap and an 'O' ring at either side. Some slight surface wear to the metal fittings. I'm not a British collector so I don't know what Mk this bag is, but I'd imagine it was used throughout the war as this example is dated 1942. Overall it's in really solid shape and you won't be dissappointed!
