This auction is for an Original WWII German Late War Bakelite Canteen 1943. This is a very nice canteen, totally untouched just like it came home after the war. The flask and cup are both dated 1943. The canteen is in good shape but the strap is a little rough at the top around the lid, but still a beautiful canteen. The canteen is 100% original late war as it came home. This is a perfect canteen for display. This is a very nice canteen, and it would make a great addition to your WWII collection, so take a look at the pictures and bid away, you can't go to wal-mart and get one of these. I have put a moderate starting price to protect my investment. Buyer pays shipping charges, and to all foreign bidders any item that sells for over $50, we will only ship the item Express Mail with a tracking number. I'm sorry to have to do this, but we have had problems with people saying they didn't get t items and we have no way to prove we sent it, so we have been forced to use this new standard. I must recieve payment within 10 days of end of auction. Also if you do not intend to pay for this item please do not bid, all bids from people with questionable feedback will be canceled!! Sorry for this, but I have had problems in the past, and can't afford any more. If you have any questions please email me, and i'll try to get back to you as soon as I can.
