Original WWII German Officers Uniform Cuff Title

Original silver wire cuff title for WWII German Officers in excellent condition. It has been cut down to 6 1/4" and with the ends folded it is 5 1/4" long. T is some corrosion on some of the letters and a couple of loose threads, t are 7 silver lines above and below the title. I can't tell if it was on a uniform or not, I have had this item since 1975 when I found it at a flea market. The title is unconditionally guaranteed forever, if you ever have any doubts it can be returned for a full refund plus all shipping , but it must be the same one and unaltered. Thanks.
