Ornate Antique Silver Plate Toast Rack

This auction is for a very nice ornately handled antique toast rack. This piece is silver plated and features a stylized floral handle with leaves, ball feet and room for six slices. The dividers or partitions are formed to look like slices of bread. It stands 5-3/4" tall and is 6-1/4" long by 4-1/4" wide. The toast is in extremely good to excellent condition. The only issue I can find is that the bottom of one of the ball feet has a small 1/8" hole in it that could have occurred when it was manufactured. It can't be seen unless you look at the underside of it. I couldn't find any identifying marks or hallmarks. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through with this transaction. Ask any questions before bidding, we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. Terms and Conditions Winning bidder to pay shipping charges and insurance, if necessary. Shipping charges are actual cost (usually USPS Priority Mail), t are no packaging or handling charges. Any oversize items and large pieces of artwork will be professionally packaged, double-boxed and shipped via UPS. We will gladly combine multiple auctions to save on shipping costs. We offer a three-day return policy only if the item is not as described and if it is returned in the same condition it was shipped in. I'm not an expert on everything and I try to describe items as best I can. Personal checks take 7 - 10 business days to clear. Items paid with Paypal, money orders or cashier's checks ship within 1 - 2 business days. Funds must be received within 10 days of close of auction unless otherwise agreed to.
