Ornate Fancy Embossed Parker Lamp Center Draft Bracket Hanging Chandelier Oil Font Parts Restoration UP FOR AUCTION A beautiful pink brass Parker center draft oil lamp. Lamp is all brass, some pink and some yellow, highly embossed bowl and top, for a bracket, hanging, or chandelier lamp, number two size. Side wick raiser lever, Parker filler cap, signed "Sunset" logo thick flint glass chimney, signed "The Parker Lamp" 1889 patented flame spreader, three slot bayonet thread burner shell with lift to light feature, cork and button overfill indicator button, signed "The Parker Lamp" on the collar, lamp manufactured by Charles Parker, Meriden CT, ca. 1880s. Measures about 16 1/2" tall to the top of the chimney, 8" tall to top of the flame spreader, and 3 1/4" across the foot. Lamp is in original never electrified condition. Patina is excellent and clean. Hint of a dent on the foot, so I filled with oil, no leaks, and the lamp burns great! All the parts are original and present, the wick raiser is working very stiffly when lamp assembled, needs some adjustment or a thinner wick or something.
