Quite old is this enameled lamp,over copper/brass or both,that have dulled.Exact age or maker I do not know.The metal base below body has been bent at some time,like a twist.It can be taken apart to smooth that out.I offer my vintage items,such as this,in original obtained condition.lt to the 16"tall and over 2&1/2"across the enameled body.I was told this is Italian.It has a square black marble base.A desk/dresser size.The enamel is complete and the on/off pull chain switch works.It has an older round plug.Perhaps this was something other than a lamp base at sometime,but I am no lamp expert,tfore I will offer my photos as the best part of my description.Enjoy..
