STERLING SILVER CASE This is a beautiful and ornate etched sterling silver case. It is hallmarked but I don't recognize the maker . . . it does not look to be an American hallmark. This case might be used to hold cigarettes or calling card . . . I'm not sure. It is in good condition with no dents or dings. It measures 4 5/8" long x 3" wide x 3/8" thick and weighs 6.1 ounces. It has been tested for being silver. Look closely on each side . . . it's a "w's Waldo" of birds hiding in the patterns. The most interesting part of this item is the wolf attacking the deer on the front . . . a bit gruesome but very cool!! Great addition to the sterling silver collector!
