Ornate Victorian Sterling Calling Card Case

This is a highly ornate antique sterling silver calling card case from the late 1800's. The design is comprised of flowers, leaves and lots of scroll-work with the addition of a shell motif. On one side the original owner's name is engraved and reads, "C. Schofield". The lid is hinged, however, I can't find any markings along the edges to indicate a manufacturer. I do guarantee that the case is sterling silver though and not silver plate or some other metal. This item is in excellent condition with the exception of a small, shallow dent in 2 corners and measures 3 1/2" by 2 1/2" and is 5 16" deep. The dents are not noticeable due to the very busy embossed pattern and do not detract from the beauty of the piece
