Ornate vintage/antique Gilt Lorgnettes These beautiful gilt lorgnettes have ornate decoration to the handle and frames. From the design, I would estimate that they date to the early 20 th century but please see the photos below in order to make your own assessment. They are in superb condition with no dents, dints or wear to the metalwork that I can find and there are no cracks or chips to the lenses. The release button and spring work perfectly.
