This original by Oscar Cesare famous illustrator, is 14.50" x 23" on old heavy Stratmore stock paper, titled "All the Worlds a Stage" circa 1915. Most likely for the Saturday Evening Post and signed by Cesare and says , 9pm tonight. This may have been purchased at same fine estate auction in NH where a few of others listed had attended. If so I do think this will be the last of the famous artist's work. Much of his work was given to places like the Alderman Library in Virginia and Library of Congress, and also 54 are in Harvard College Library . Very desirable artwork. From auctions all over eastern usa. Check out my other items ! NOTE: Will be sent flat. All of these are a bit scruffy have been laying around his office , home and widows attic it is said for years. Adds to there charm. e-me questions.
