As seen on scans. As anybody collecting or selling the stamps of Turkey in Asia knows, fakes and repairs abound. I am not an expert, and I cannot guarantee authenticity. The starting prices are kept low to compensate for the high risk. I will be happy to send detailed higher resolution scans on request. Not returnable. S&H $3.00 USA, $6.00 international. Canada is international. S&H is relatively high because all the risk is mine per selling rules. I can offer 50% lower S&H with one condition, please ask me separately if willing to take the risk. PLESE READ CAREFULLY. APPLIES TO ALL ITEMS: S&H can be combined for the first item at the highest S&H, each additional item at 50 cents. I have a mandatory policy of Priority ($5.75 additional) for US and Registration ($13.95 additional) for abroad shipments if invoice total (not individual sale price) exceeds $99.99. This includes the instances when shipping is combined, regardless of the number of the items. This policy is made necessary by Ebay's recent buyer protection policies that requires tracking number for each transaction. It is expensive to send mail with tracking numbers from the USA.
